The Secret is Out! Sign Up for our FREE Family Fun Fitness Fest

For those of you not on Facebook, I recently revealed that I have been working with Our Lady of Grace School in Parkton to put together a large, community-wide event. Planning has been exciting and at times nerve wracking but I'm so happy to announce that on Saturday, July 30th from 9am - noon, Hereford Zone Mom and Our Lady of Grace School will offer a FREE Family Fun Fitness Fest, and you're invited! There's going to be so many fun activities for you and your family to enjoy. Here's what's in store:

*The athletic apparel company ivivva will provide family yoga classes for ALL fitness levels.

*If your child will be on a soccer team this Fall, the Baltimore Blast is joining us that day to offer demos and skill builders.

*Genesis Golf4Kids will be at the event with kid friendly equipment giving mini lessons on grip, swing, chip shots, etc.

*If you have a wee one or if you're expecting, no worries. Fit4Mom Towson - Stroller Strides will be at the event to demonstrate what they do and discuss fitness options for you.

*Trinity Therapeutic Massage, LLC, a licensed massage therapist will be on hand to teach families how to integrate reflexology into their lives to help with stress, relaxation, and improve mood

*A Young Living essential oils rep will be on hand to discuss how to use aromatherapy in your day to day life.

*ivivva will also display their latest collection of fashionable active wear at their on-site trunk show. If your children still have energy left over, there's a bounce house for them to enjoy, AND a little bird told me that the Kona Ice truck will stop by so you may want to bring some $ for that tasty treat.

This is community event so if you're reading this, you are invited. You do not need to be a fitness model to attend. This is a day designed to just have fun and to be active with your families. Please pass the invitation along to your friends and family as well. We want to continue offering fun, family friendly events for you to enjoy but we need your support, so come on out on July 30th. Don't forget to sign up! We need to make sure we have enough yoga mats and other materials to accommodate our guests. Readers,thanks to your support, this second year of running Hereford Zone Mom has been filled with more blessings and excitement than I could ever have imagined. I'm always amazed to see how many of you check in with my page and share your thoughts. It truly warms my heart.
